Giovanni Tagliamonte

Managing Director

An industry leader with a track record of success in the hotel food and beverage arena, Giovanni has developed and led some truly exceptional F&B operations in his 20-year hospitality career.

Many of those operations have excelled as standouts in cities with some of the most vibrant and robust culinary and cocktail scenes in Europe. 

Giovanni’s genuine passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences is combined with a diverse skill set that includes strengths in concept creation, brand development, restaurant/bar operations, and event services.  Also, he has extensive experience with new openings, renovation planning, and asset management. Giovanni’s commitment and desire to provide the ultimate customer experience is marked through his training model, giving each team he coaches a competitive edge within the market. He personally leads the on-site team by designing action steps focused on maximizing revenues, establishing corporate accounts, strategizing and implementing correct marketing tactics, and leads the team in revenue management. Giovanni and his team at Greenhouse Hospitality strive to achieve excellence in everything they do.

Giandomenico Licata 

Restaurant Manager

A hospitality veteran and turnaround expert who holds more than twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry.

 

Giandomenico Licata grew up in the famous Amalfi Coast in the South of Italy, where he began his career at the age of 16 at the Hotel Palazzo Sasso (Avino), Lux 5 Star Hotel. At the hotels’ restaurant, Terazza Belvedere, Giandomendico discovered the world of high-end hospitality service. 

 

In 2010, fate lead him to serve as maître at Caviar House & Prunier inside one the Royal Family’s favorite shops “Harrods” in Knightsbridge, London where he learned meticulous and sophisticated customer service. 

 

In 2012, he started a new chapter of his life at The Arts Club, in Mayfair, one of the most high-end members club and boutique hotel in London. Here, Giandomenico spent over 8 years overviewing the operation of the Brasserie, club’s main restaurant. 

 

Giandomenico thrives on all kinds of challenges, especially those that expand a company’s reach. He trained with the best all over his career and every hotel chain he has been with increased revenue during his tenure there. Giandomenico will be one of the key members to help the development of Greenhouse Hospitality.

Roberto Malu

Beverage Manager

Roberto was born and raised in one of the most beautiful and cultural southern islands of Italy, Sardinia. His passion for hospitality and bartending began when he was only seventeen, having taken most of his inspiration from his uncle, an “old school” but highly experienced and talented bar manager.

Garnering experience in places like “Hotel Pitrizza” (part of the Marriot’s Luxury Collection Portfolio Hotels), Roberto discovered the fundamentals of the elite hospitality industry, and began delivering exclusive services to high-net worth customers.

In 2014 he began a new career path in one of the most exclusive private members club and boutique hotel; The Arts Club located in Mayfair, London.  Working as a Senior Bartender, he perfected creative and innovative mixologist techniques.

In 2016, he was offered another exciting opportunity to join the reputable Bassoon Bar team at the luxury 5-star Corinthia Hotel London in the heart of Westminster. At the Corinthia Hotel London , Roberto learned and worked with some of the best mixologists in the world.

Creativity, knowledge and leadership are the qualities that lead Roberto to increase revenue and standards of every high-end hospitality companies he works with. 

Roberto will be one of the leading players in the development of Greenhouse Hospitality.

Simone Cadore

Head Chef

Born in Ferrara in 1996, he comes from a family of hard workers, entering the workforce early and working with his family. Inspired by an aunt, who owned a trattoria he realized that, “when you cook, you get immediate feedback from the people who enjoy your food, if the job has been well done”.
He decided to study at the Serramazzoni Hotel School in Modena, and after perfecting his craft he began working in the prestigious “Royal Carlton Hotel” in the center of Bologna. There he worked with the best, learning different tricks of the trade, learning something new every day, something that has served him well.
His career driven by curiousity and a wish to travel took him to London, at “la Trompette, by Rob Weston, and later the “Chiltern Firehouse”.

This is the main thought that invades Simone's mind, as he thinks that without love and care anything one does will never be done well.
